1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement
If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please follow these steps:

If approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment or return pickup, depending on availability.
3. Replacement Process
If the returned product meets our eligibility criteria:
- A replacement copy of the book will be shipped at no additional cost.
- If the book is out of stock, customers may choose:
- A refund, or
- Store credit for future purchases.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- The ordered book is out of stock after payment.
- The product cannot be replaced.
- The order is cancelled before shipment.

5. Return to Origin (RTO) Due to Incorrect or Insufficient Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of placing an order.
If a shipment is returned to Boipagol.in by the courier partner due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Insufficient address details
- Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
- Customer refuses to accept the order
- Customer does not respond to courier calls
the order will be treated as a Return to Origin (RTO).
In such cases:
- Original shipping charges and packaging costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded to the original payment method.
- If the customer requests reshipping, additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order before the order is shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. However, eligible customers may request a return if the product is defective or incorrect.
